Motorola AURA Celestial Edition

On 20 July 1969, humankind was present at one of its biggest technological challenges: the first steps on the moon. Motorola provided a radio transmitter, embedded in the Apollo 11 mission, which relayed the first words and television signals from Earth to the Moon.

This moment that inspired the Celestial Edition Motorola AURA, an exclusive edition of the luxury mobile that commemorates the role of Motorola in the history of communication of humanity.


The Motorola AURA Celestial Edition, the first copy will naturally be available at the legendary astronaut Neil Armstrong, first human being to have put one foot on the Moon, includes exclusive content from the archives of NASA, including videos, photographs and MP3 files also historic and immortal that "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind" (it is a small step for man, one giant leap for mankind).

Another sign of this exclusive edition, a quote engraved on the mobile - Motorola AURA Celestial Edition, Honoring the Appollo 11 mission, 20th July 1969 - mark this historic anniversary. Nine postcards specially created to celebrate this moment beacon for humanity are also included in the package Motorola AURA Celestial Edition.

Motorola AURA Celestial Edition is available for sale at a price of 2 200 € TTC in selective circuits from July 2009 until the end of 2009.
