The answer is maybe. Because, at this time the touch screen is no longer identical as expensive mobile phones. The touch screen mobile phone prices will gradually go down, even Samsung touch-screen phone launched an affordable price.
The phone, named Samsung Champ or GT-C3300K will be available starting next June 2010 with a price between 100-150 dollars. Designed for the developing countries markets, Samsung Champ will be available in Africa, the Middle East, south America, Asia, and Europe.
"Champ is the best option for mobile users who want to gain experiencing touch screen phone for the first time," said Younghee Lee, VP of Mobile Marketing Samsung Electronics, was quoted from Fone Arena site.
With this cellphone, users can also download applications from the Apps Samsung services to enrich its features. Samsung Champ equipped with 2.4-inch touch screen with a resolution of 320x240 pixel resolution and 1.3 megapixel cameras. It has 30 MB internal memory and external memory option that supports up to 8 GB. Up to 12 hours of battery life on an active and 660 hours stand-by condition. it also embedded social networking applications.
It seema to be pretty nice phone. Though I don't very like Samsung cells I'd really like to test this one.

ReplyDeleteI totally agree that Touch Screen Phones are all over the place right now, that is probably the reason why they need to lower their prices. But Samsung is still a good brand for mobile phones plus affordable!

With an 8GB SD card, once can store up to 2,000 songs (at 4MB per song). phone has a full QWERTY key pad, to enable fast typing.... Interestingly enough...appreciate your information and blog
