Paragon Software Group has launched a new version of Handy Weather, a weather forecasting application available in real time, which is among its best sellers - for touchscreen phones S60 and Windows Mobile. The program has been completely redesigned and optimized for tactile control fluid, allowing mobile users to obtain weather forecasts detailed by compression or sliding of the finger.Users of Handy Weather can get instant weather and detailed five to seven days, plus satellite weather maps for thousands of cities around the world. For specific weather data, users can select any location in a pre-determined list of 40 cities and 000 determine a location using GPS. The only requirement for users who want to receive weather reports in real time is to have a Wi-Fi Internet.
Besides a new look completely redefined, Handy Weather (for S60) proposed a new screensaver weather, a new "List of Cities" which displays estimates of several towns at once and various animation effects accompanying meteorological data.
Handy Weather 4.0 is compatible with all Pocket PCs running Windows Mobile 5, 6.x Professional and Classic and Handy Weather 7.0 is compatible with smartphones running S60 3.0/5.0 Symbian OS. Handy Weather is designed for Windows Mobile is available for 17, 95 USD (15, 95 EUR, VAT included). The version designed for S60 is available for 24, 95 USD (19, 95 EUR, VAT included). Registered users of Handy Weather v.3 (Windows Mobile) and v.6 (for S60) may obtain this free update.
